Hey reader, I'm in the midst of creating a server unique from those currently out.
To make this happen, I'm planning on removing or editing the way the players stat levels affect their damage as well as a few other things.

    Example.
    10str iron scimitar
    Vs
    20str iron scimitar.

Currently, Same weapon different str levels means the player with superior str will do more damage.
Where would I edit how much damage a player does depending on their str?

How would I edit the damage multiplier a player gets from their strength, range, and magic level.

As well as the "accuracy" multipliers and the damage reduction from the players defence level.

    ////UPDATE 1

I saw my question was a bit confusing, I hope this clarifies what I am searching for.

I DO NOT want strength, attack, defense, range, and magic levels to contribute towards damage, accuracy, or damage reduction.
    Where can I edit these?

Thats how it works currently? Strength dictates a higher level hit and attack is accuracy. Not sure what you're asking. In most bases there is a CombatFactory that sorts out specific items giving advantages and multiplies so you could check that out there? BUt what you're describing is not unique its basic. CombatFactory for ruse you can use if statements to set certain id's to hit harder based on strength level i guess, but that seems kind of redundant in my opinion

So you want to add different dmg then what runescape formula is yet asking us for the formula?
Seems odd why you would wish to do that.

    Sorry for the confusion.
    Let me clarify.

I DO NOT want strength, attack, defense, range, and magic levels to contribute towards damage, accuracy, or damage reduction.

I'm hoping someone knows where to find this.

    Thanks for the replies!

Look up your max hit formula and remove anything that includes level.
