Each time I adjust height unless I've teleported to the area it keeps giving me this weird bug, can anyone help/tell me how I can fix this issue please?

Can you point me in a direction to a server worth using? Something kind of clean ideally but I just wanted to mess with this server, didn't notice how buggy it was until today

I'd say elvarg but after having taken a look at it, it's not that clean and bug-free as I first expected.
There really isn't much out there, of course I could give you a list of sources, starting off with Apollo but let's be honest, ain't no beginner gonna start with that.
I'd do one from scratch if I were you.

Honestly I'm not looking to build any projects or anything from this it's just something I can do in my spare time, starting scratch is definitely out of the question.

I'll take a look around though, thanks.

Seems like your not loading the map for the player after a height change. Try take a look in your code.

I've tried doing this but no luck same bug, if I teleport to the area it will let me climb the stairs just fine but if I try to climb it from logging in it appears like this

Then something is wrong when you are logging in that it do not set it correctly and turn out like that.
Make sure when a player log in that it set everything correctly (aka updates correctly).

Could it be a client issue? It all looks fine to me when logging in, the issue also seems to happen if I climb the second set of stairs even if it manages to load the first correctly

I have not seen people having this issue before but as I mention something with setting the coords seems wrong then. It do not feel like a client issue.

It looks like your server doesn't set the 'updateRequired' flag when the height changes. I don't remember which flag is in charge of refreshing the world space though.
