Try animation 9502 along with graphics 327. It may work but I don't know for sure as it's from RS503+ section; no clue if the animations were in any way screwed up in OSRS.

The animation really most likely is right next to the animations of the NPC itself; Makes the most sense as it's unique to this only to my knowledge.
But yeah, what Vip3r said basically. Easiest way is to just either make a deob and figure out the packets (The safest way) or use a bot client; either way, just go and do all the activities regarding whatever you need once and list everything out. I'm doing the same thing on RS3 right now whenever in need. Not worth relying on others to get these things.
