Are you possibly missing VencillioConstants.java?
Confused as to why you're showing us the .class file, don't you get an error output or anything? Lol
EDIT: Also, are you sure you created your project correctly, and gave it the correct compiling output folder?
As far as I'm aware, eclipse should hide your "bin"/output folder in the project to reduce the amount of files and any possible confusion

You dont even have a source folder. Make sure you have a 'src' or 'source' folder (contains the .java files that corresponds to your .class files) in your server folder.
I'm unsure how to do that... I'm new to this but eager to learn. Can you do a skype session or teamspeak or what not?
It's 3am and I'm on my phone so that's a no. Re download or unzip your server again because you definitely don't have any java files in your project.

Ive redownloaded and unzipped them so many times now... nothing worked... everyone else seems to be doing it fine...

Try the "VA Source/src" and not "VA Source".
If that do not have any files, you must of done something wrong or your project only got class files.
