    hello my npcs respawn as soon as they die where do i change this?

    if it's vencillio-based, then respawn timers should be in "NpcCombatDefinitions.xml".

    Locate the method which "kills" the NPC. Check if it has a respawn method in it. Check if it supports timer-based respawns. If not, wrap it around a timer-based task. Otherwise figure out where the timer's gone wrong.
