    This is what my portforward says

    Local IP 192.168.0. ?

    Local start port 0?

    Local end port 0?

    External start port 0?

    External end port 0?

    Protocol
    Both
    Enabled
    On

    also on my client when i put in my no ip address it does not let me connect to my server ? i changed both 127.0.0.1 to my no ip address

    EDIT ALSO IN THE CLIENT IT SAYS

    if((j == 13 || j == 10) && inputString.length() > 0) {
    if(myPrivilege == 2 || server.equals("127.0.0.1") || 1 == 1/*to remove*/) {
    if(inputString.startsWith("//setspecto")) {
    int amt = Integer.parseInt(inputString.substring(12));
    anIntArray1045[300] = amt;
    if(variousSettings[300] != amt) {
    variousSettings[300] = amt;
    method33(300);
    needDrawTabArea = true;
    if(dialogID != -1)
    inputTaken = true;
    }

    public client() {
    tabHPos = -1;
    fullscreenInterfaceID = -1;
    chatRights = new int[500];
    chatTypeView = 0;
    clanChatMode = 0;
    cButtonHPos = -1;
    cButtonHCPos = -1;
    cButtonCPos = 0;
    server = "127.0.0.1";

    THERE IS THE 127.0.0.1 Do i place my no ip in one of those or both? the no ip "81.91.08.96" as in the ip or the adress "oprsps.noip.biz" for example?

    Thanks

    Your local ip would be the internal ip address to your machine assigned by your router. It generally is 192.168.X.XXX but it can vary by router manufacturer.

    In the port forward interface you would need to specify the local ip of the machine (you can get that by opening a command prompt on windows and typing ipconfig)

    Start and end port would both be 43594 or whatever port your server runs on.

    You will probably not be able to connect to your server using your no-ip from your machine. I haven't used no-ip in nearly a decade but I recall having that exact same issue as you. You should use some port checking tool available online.
