So, I'd like to ask this once more as my other title was probably bad. So let's just say that in vencillio, the NPC's completely fuck you up at level 3. They hard hit 0's and consistently hit the MAX (in npcCombatdefinitions.xml) even when I changed the stats to the REAL RS stats. It really is driving me mad, I've been looking for 2 whole days trying to fix this but I cannot. I just can't....

IF someone could help me, I'd appreciate it so much, you have no idea, I'll jump around in joy if you do. I am really mad cause I've fixed over 100 bugs and now this is one of the most annoying BUGS I've ever seen..

So make the maximum damage have a 0 - max damage roll.
