I was able to portforward my server about 2 months ago, today however, it's not working. "canyouseeme.org" says connection refused. I've even tried turning off firewall (for testing) but it's still not working. I forwarded the port to the ip address no-ip gave me.

Did you go into your firewall and do inbound/outbound rules for the port?

Shouldn't disabling firewall (for testing purposes) fix that anyways. I still added the rule but it isn't working.

EDIT: should i forward the port to my no-ip address or the computer's address.

portforward to the computer address you are using. Theres a possibility that since you had already opened the port and if you closed it, may not allow the port to function properly. I suggest hitting the reset button on your router for 15 seconds then re doing you wifi security and portforwarding again
