Thread: Special attack bar issues

So I just recently noticed my special attack bar drains normally, it just doesn't show up properly on the special attack bar button. There's also something weird in the middle of it that I haven't seen before. Not exactly sure why it's there all of a sudden. This seems to be for every weapon with a special attack as well. It appears normally when the special attack is at 100%, but as soon as I use the special attack it just appears like this...

Help would be appreciated
