Debug where it calculate the hits and also make sure to not have it being told to hit twice.

Many people run into that major problem that they just can't seem to fix and I found a couple yet this problem seems to be a bit more major.
When you attack a player you start your hit then the NPC hits you and you see a hit marker of lets say (134) and then you take notice at your hp which is now 722/990. This being noticed means that the damage is almost applied twice or something. Any help would be worth it in the end! Thank you!
If you need to see the problem to identify where it takes place let me know im going to say this would be in npchandler, combatass, rangeinfo, meleeinfo, magicinfo, or one of the following so please let me know if I need to post anything to help out.
Update; I found out that it's over all hits because when people use overloads the same issue is happening. It would completely kill the player that uses an overload.

Fixed, thank you. It was being called again if in another if statement that wasn't needed.
