Vencillio loads osrs data, meaning all the id's for NPC's and items have changed (Meaning websites like rune locus & itemdb.biz aren't accurate).
If you'd like an OSRS NPC/Item list there's plenty of them around just google it.

hey guys,
if i spawn a npc lets say npc 1702 (ghost banker) its spawns a different npc.
what could the problem be?

Go to data/def/items and it's called ShopDefinitions.xml. You'll need to use either Eclipse or Notepad++. Normal Notepad does work but Notepad++ is just better and cleaner
