How do you find a empty packet id to use?
    Ruse btw.

I've been using ones that had methods but have been removed e.g 111, 108 and they work fine
If I use one such as 116 which has no methods for packet use in PacketSender.java (server side) or client side it causes all manor of client problems and quickly crashes.

If not is there a way to increase the maximum amount of packets? (I expected it to be 256 however testing 259 still causes client crashes and 260+ does nothing so maybe max is set at 259?)

Or maybe I'm just being stupid and there's already a packet for sending variables from server to client?

    Any help welcome.

Thanks seen the page before but didn't realise it had a list at the bottom. However 116 isn't located on that list and still doesn't work.

If I use identical code on packet 111 it works, change it to 116 and it doesn't.
