    Having a ton of issues with the Cache Downloader and getting the server live, if anyone wanted to help me that would be great;

    For the cache issue I would suggest looking at the edits to the release thread [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    I would recommend just rewriting the entire cache-download system.
