They seem fine from the reviews I've read. Excellent pricing and it's great to host behind a DoS provider.

If you're interested though, in my opinion better options exist for hosting your web site. My preferred way to host a DoS-protected website is hosting with a cheap OpenVZ server. There are thousands of providers and they start at comparable prices to TrentaHost. You can run any web server you like and so much more with an OpenVZ server, in fact they are x86 platforms if you weren't aware. I use Nginx on a GNU/Linux platform and setup a proxy so I can use a Java web server through the Nginx service. For DoS protection I use Cloudflare which also gives me extra features like fast DNS propagation and flexible SSL.

Regardless, I hope to see you with a product that satisfies your needs. If you want to just host a website without knowledge of doing so with a root platform then TrentaHost and similar web hosting services seem ideal.

Either way I'd recommend using Cloudflare for your website. Its features are amazing and it's easy to setup. I can help you with any of the aforementioned.

Good luck on your RSPS! :-)

From experience I can tell you no. The support is slow and their website is almost always down when you need them. The SQL Servers are constantly hard to reach from a remote point and websites go down constantly.

As for VPS there's not as many problems, but frequent lag does occur.

I recommend Game Server Rentals and Hosting :: Home :: NFOservers personally, as I've been with them for years, they're cheap, reliable, have live support 24/7, and have the testimonials to make anybody's day better.

NFO allows you FTP, SFTP, SSH access on a true 1gb/s link.

Trentahost has also been spanked by random people repetitively, if you know what I mean.

As I recall, TrentaHost's DDOS protected web hosting packages all include a dedicated IP address now. This means you can use SSL. They don't offer SSL certificates freely, but you can get some cheap ones elsewhere.

TrentaHost is a good provider overall, only recently their support has fallen to shit (literally the live supports ONLY response to any non-sales question is "make a ticket") and they've been hacked (multiple times?)

Regardless, would recommend them or OVH.

Thanks guys, I have seen that cloudflare gives free webhost , so I will use it just for the speed + ddos protection, other than that I shal search more for better webhosting options that give free ssl and MySQL

    Thank you.
