I've been trying to figure this problem out forever, and I think it's my ISP.
I'm trying to port forward 43594 on my Bell Connection Hub.

I have it portforwarded as you can see:

But it keeps saying on canyouseeme:

"Error: I could not see your service on 76.68.48.78 on port (43594)
    Reason: Connection timed out"

    Can someone please help me?
The last time I had to set up a VPS, but I don't have it anymore.

This Might work but it might not.

Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Advanced Settings > Inbound Rules (on left side menu) > New Rule (right side menu) > Port > TCP (specified Port) > 43594 > Click yes for the next 2 > RSPS

This is one of the steps to portforwarding I hope this works, if not contact your ISP
