I am Trying to get a project going of a 317 loading 474 and i simply can not figure out how to get a batch launcher for the server.. I got a compiler but to launch it is a whole 'nother story. I have no experience with anything below a 667. Can anyone please help me just launch my server?

or make a compiler if you have java knowledge you say you did 502+ its the same in 317 loading ...
Its 2014, you should really consider using a IDE. Also a run file just runs the main file and collects the libs, look at your 677+ run file and alter it.
No IDE will not load on my computer at all. And I mean i kind of asked for help. Telling me I should use an IDE or editing a Run file does not help me. that's something an idiot like myself could have figured out already
