What is the best PI base to start with? Just needs all the dupes patched, I can deal with anything else. Not dawntained.
I don't think theres any PI base that's released without dupes
A good PI base server would be Ardi's server releases. Check his ones out most sources coded by him are worth using as a base or just checking out.

No just no ardi is bad here is an example:

and 1 more thing there isn't any pi that is good
Any PI released has atleast a few dupes. Near impossible to avoid it due to the way the base is setup.
"Because i'm more familiar with it"
if you would use asteria you would know what everything does because everything is documented there is nothing in pi that is documented
"PI is more of a starter base for new programmers."
No it isn't pi is so shit that when you actually program stuff you do it the same way as you did for pi shit and you really don't want that and other bases are easier to use because it has documentation
Oh, look at you, trying to prove points.
Have you checked the download & advertising forums lately? 80%+ are all PI servers. Released & Advertised.
Documented or not, kids will still ask illogical questions.
Argue what you want, I'm not forcing your opinion, I stated mine and that's it. I started on PI, moved to Delta, then back to PI. In the end they all do the same purpose: playability.
My question for you: What make's a server PI? What makes a server Delta? What makes a server Hyperion? etc etc.
rantrantrantrantrant
Technically PI has a bad name because of how "PEOPLE" program in it. It can be clean and written nicely as well. Depending on the "new programmer" he/she may choose to follow the same concept as others or he/she may choose to do their own thing once they get the hang of things.
