do calculations for the hits from BEFORE the hits are sent to prevent this

Alright guys, this is my first and probably help thread I will make because I have never seen this issue before. Never even dealt with anything like this in my whole entire RSPS experience.
Anyways, Maybe one of you nice developers have and here check this out
If you pay attention closely, if you switch to the axe at the right time, it will replace the hit of the weapon u swung with.. works with dds too (on special attacks which can cause like 70-70 hits)
I would assume this is for all weapons though.... is this a tick issue, What is it and how could I fix it?
