    Go into the source files, then search for npc.cfg. It should more than likely look like this:

    Code:
    //    NpcID     NpcName                         combat  health
    npc = 3068	Skeletal_Wyvern			140	200
    npc = 0		Hans				0	0
    npc = 1		Man				2	7
    Just edit them to your preferance, compile and re-run. Done.

    Is that a joke?

    Open your spawn-config, find the boss:
    Code:
    spawn = npcid	spawnX	spawnY	SpawnH	Walk	MaxHit	Attack	Defence	Description
    You should know where to go from here

    How the hell would that make the npc stronger/weaker? Please let me know.

    Do what Maxi said.

    Because it works perfectly fine for me? I presume he can find the data and statistics and edit it on his own. The HP and combat level do matter in fact.

    And keep in mind, not all PI based servers have the same methods.
