.-. um... if its a blank source, how can i update it to make it look better?
How do i add more spells like (storm of armadyl in modern spells)... How can i like change the graphics?? Add working full screen??

My suggestion is use a blank PI(Project Insanity) Source/server, and Galkons refactored client to start off with.. Why? Because it's what I started off with 2 years ago and I know my way around it very well... I never have problems figuring out how to do certain things. I am recommending you this from personal experience.

Why would you refer him to PI? He's a beginner, of all people he needs to start with something much more useful/viable. If you start him off on PI, he will get used to PI like every other moron and will only use PI... Never again.
OT: RuneSource could be your best friend as a beginner.
