I've read tutorials but non show what to do after you set your client point to your noip.
I've set my client to point to my no-ip, is there anything i need to change in the server files?
Which port do i have to portforward?

Port 43594 or 5555 is most used by runescape private servers, you must have sure the ip is correct, you are portfowarded (check with canyouseeme.org) and it must work.

Thanks, got it online but one problem.
I jarred the client and it seems that the user needs to have JDK installed to be able to open the client.
My friend tested it and it says Java exception has occured. He doesn't have JDK. Then he got JDK and it worked.
Other rsps on the toplists work without JDK, what's wrong with mine? I used a jar maker to jar the client.

You can also run a client with jre, you dont necessarily need a jdk to run a client.
What was the java exception? can you post the exception here?
Do you need any PHP work done? Or are you looking for RSPS integrations? click herel.

Err sorry i don't really know what you mean by java exception.
On play.bat in my client folder i set it to "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_05\bin\java.exe" Then i jarred it.
But that doesn't mean everyone needs to have that jdk version does it?
EDIT: Yea...i had a friend to run it and he had JDK but not the same version as mine and it didn't work. Then he installed my version and it worked.
    What do i do?

The client you can run with jre only, do not need jdk.

That's what i thought, but it only works when i have jdk installed.
And only a specific jdk version...
