    How would I rip out custom party hats and sag bow out of this source i downloaded.... a few bugs that i just dont want to deal with but i like the customs.

    You wouldn't rip it from the sources. Look for the ints of the item in ItemDef, and steal the models from the cache. You might have to decompress the models.

    The foramat of your ints depend on your itemDef.java and your itemdef.java depends on your cache. It's not hard to make your ints, just read the whole class and define custom things.
