    Using http://www.rune-server.org/runescape...pes-fixed.html and i have coded before so i know what im doing somewhat. Portforward correctly using No-ip checked canyouseeme.org it all works says its online and open but when i try to connect to the server using the ip it dosnt work. I can still connect using 127.0.0.1 and localhost but not 0.0.0.0 and not the reg ip i have set for no-ip. Any ideas? Thanks

    look up your in your cmd your ip4 it changes, maybey that's it??:?

    Most likely something is blocking your port, try using utorrent to open it, it adds exception through firewall.
