Are you saying you're not hosting the server? Or hosting what? What are you asking? That the database can only be made on the computer that hosts?

Please.. Use structured sentences and correct your spelling mistakes. It's really hard to help you out if you don't even have the decency to explain the problem and what it is you're looking for...

Please provide a picture other than one from a page with forms to connect to a database.. It's really not that helpful.

Also, this has nothing to do with RS2 server development. Or at least you haven't specified that it does.

    Regards

You are running both the MySQL app and the Apache app on your local computer with XAMPP?

What did you specify for the 'host ip'? "localhost" or a remote IP address?

    Please do elaborate.

Are you saying it is a remote IP-address and you don't want to paste it publicly for everyone to see?

Alright. The reason it's not working, is because you are trying to connect to a remotely hosted database, using the remote IP-address you enter. You need to make sure your webhost allows for remote MySQL connections and set it up so your IP can connect to the database. If you are just testing the auto vote on your local machine, try running the Apache and MySQL app and connect to the database using the 'host ip' value of 'localhost'. Also, make sure you've created a database, to write the tables to.
