    Hi,
I wanna learn how to be a developer/programmer. I'd love to start on a RSPS, because I think it will be fun. What language do I use? What editor? How can I learn? Thanks!

Runescape uses the Java programming language.

Go there to learn the language. Though I don't recommend trying to get into RSPS right away.

Well, since RSPS isn't a programming language, it runs off of Java. I wouldn't suggest learning from RSPS as its not very-well documented in the code.

Personally I'd learn the basics of Java to start, then you can move in to move advanced things.

    Recommended Set-up:
    IDE (Eclipse/NetBeans/etc)
    Note Taking Section(notepad/etc)

Do understand it'll take longer then just "a few days" to learn a programming language. I also must note Java and C# are alike a lot, so if you can get one of those languages down its fairly easy to do the other one.
