I've port forwarded numerous times but for some reason my new router is being stubborn.

Here are some screenshots that may help solve the problem.

    My ipconfig:

    Router settings:

Port checker says it's still closed.

Edit: I've also tried doing the port checker while disabling my firewall, so I don't think my firewall is blocking the port.

There is a tool on Rune-Server that portforwards for you somewhere.

The service name doesn't have anything to do with it. Damn dude I honestly have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I've also made sure the router's firewall security is low.

    not all tools are accurate.
make sure you're disabling your AV Firewall aswell
Make sure You ARE using the port, otherwise it would show up as closed. "Open a program using that port, your rsps for example" then recheck

it's pretty obvious that the port will ALWAYS appear as closed unless an application is using it really
    cheers
