If you are talking about for the players, then that depends if you've compiled or not. Let's say if your vps (or something) ran the server through dropbox, then if you compiled and restarted run.bat, it would change.

Well right now I am helping code a 06 remake so if two ppl are working on it at the same time off local host how do we make sure both our code stays?

Well, I don't think that's possible. Don't take my word for it though. I'm currently working on a project, and we have to take turns on whose going to code. Say, you are supposed to add Pest Control. Then, you tell the other coder to wait with coding until you're done with Pest Control and uploaded it (Assuming that you are using dropbox).

90% of the time people will upload their projects to dropbox and share the folder with the other developers.
