    Hey Im wanting to start a project where a few people can help me develop but i dont really want them to access the full source rather, have the ability to edit a few classes

    Is there any program like this?

    windows server can do this straight up, you can allow certain users to read/modify certain files.

    Yeah I use dropbox for my project, Share the folder to them and boom ur in.

    yes but im wanting it so the other users can only view certain files within the folder/source

    well you could use teamviewer and just you verify what are they doing also yes you can upload a file like (client.java) tell them to make some changes then make them reupload it O:O =P

    Also you could make a "test" server where they can test their creations. Afterwards you can add their code to the real server.

    What he said, just give them another source where they can show you/test, then add the code to your server.
