Everytime I log into my server, I get these errors in the client cmd.

Why are you facepalming when your post had nothing to do with the problem either?
You just made yourself look like a fool, why would the batch file have anything to do with this..?
First error;
What happens when these errors occur?
Second error;
It might be that you have instant switching enabled, delay it a bit, then it might not crash.
When you login, nothing happens, not really interested in the fix for it right now. For the second error yes I am. How can I delay instant switching?
