Delta Using an Item on an Npc

Well im trying to code something involving me using an item on an npc, I've tried everything I know but I cant get it too work does anyone know how to do this?

Post your current item on npc method or class.

Know delta you're prob missing the itemonnpc packet make sure u have packet 57:

so search for

Code:

case 57:

in client.java
