Does anyone know of any or if there are any? I was thinking maybe when people load higher revision items in 317's it might cause errors like this.
Thanks in advance.

So, you're basically asking whether or not items can contribute to one's combat stats when the item is in the player's inventory? Or are you asking whether or not the database (be it a configuration file or a more "complex" database) has the values assigned for the items?
The answer to both is that it depends almost entirely on the source. Many people do many things for many reasons. There is always a chance that when using another person's work, that things may not make any sense at all.
I will make an educated guess though and say that the first condition is not true though.
Essentially i know a way of wielding any item that works in most 317 clients, and i was wondering if anyone knew of any items that have stats that you are normally unable to wield.
Nty Life just go though all your weapons and check for yourself?
He's asking if unwieldable weapons have combat bonuses.
a solution to your problem would be going through your entire cfg and finding it out yourself. trying to say that in the least assholeish way possible, because no ones going to take the time to go through over 10k items just to list them for you.
Just make a check to see if the unwieldable item is in your inventory, and then += strengthBonus or whatever you want.
