    Okay so I can start up my server and it runs fine when i try to take it down it doesn't go down it stays up even with the batch file closed i don't get it.

    I just started messing around with rsps again haven't sense like 2010 so everything looks new to me..

    go to taskmananger and search for the java process.. end it.
    its useually javaw.exe
