Hello!
I was wonderign if there are any runescape private servers that are just like the real thing, but that i can play by myself in my spare time. I love earning every peice of armor by mining it all myself and selling items to the shop to generate gp... but as of late the real RS has changed for the worst. All im looking for is a server that i can be the admin on that starts me at level 1 everything and lets me work my way up.
Most servers like Moparscape start you at lvl 99 and say "heres admin commands go ruin everything!" Fun as it if for about 10 minutes it gets old quickly.

Lets say at the latest, the version where the dragon plate was introduced. Probably like 2 years ago?

There are several 600+ server (which do have about 70% of the content the 'real RuneScape does').
I'm not sure if thats what you're looking for.
"real runescape" atm is basically gambling, bossing, skilling and botting for money, then buying everything at the grand exchance, the server rs2006 is like real rs though when there was no grand exchange, etc. You gotta be more specific to what you want.Also I don't think anyone is gonna just give you admin on a server without knowing you, a friend may but a random person most likely won't.
Great thats what i want! but for personal use. For example moparscape allows you to play the game alone but it automatically sets your skills to 99. Im just looking for basicly a server that starts you at level 1 like the real thing and that has all the mem/non mem quests and skills ready to play. If you want a close to Runescape experience look for high revision servers here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If your looking for good 317 servers look in the advertising section in RS2 Server, try to look at stuff and see which one looks the best. Look for ones with lots of posts and high quality photos.
You'll also most likely not get admin randomly you gotta work for it, good luck.

1. You kinda can't play a server by yourself unless it's your own and on localhost?
2. Hardly any server's are "exactly" like runescape.
So, what you're asking for is impossible.
