So, I'm quite new to Java, as I'm more of a web-side developer. I'm currently using the Exitium source and client released by Underoath, and I want to know what the best way would be to learn and improve my skills with java/rsps coding.

I'm not here just to do a few minor edits and host it, I actually wanted to keep this project running for a while since I have school and what not.

With the project, I was thinking that I should fix as many bugs, dupes, and errors as possible, make it as stable as I can. Whilst doing this, hopefully clean unwanted codes. As I'm new, turning big long codes into arrays seems quite tricky, I'm reading the tutorials and slowly learning, but I want to know if there are any other tips/tricks to learning.

I am using PI, I know hyperion and appolo are allot more stable, but I've always loved PI.

So, if anyone has any books, sites, or tips that can help me with this I would really appreciate it.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] will be ideal for learning the Java programming language.
The Runescape server reads from the client so you will want to study it in depth, this site (the informative threads in rs2 client and server etc) should be able to provide some good advise.

    Content content content content content.

For learning, trial and error new ideas you would like to implement.

To learn, find a tutorial of something, try to do it yourself, and if you need help follow the tutorial.
If you don't keep trying, how do you expect to be successful.
