You need to connect through local host.
Set the IP to 127.0.0.1 for yourself
And engridreborn.no-ip.org for others
Or,
Use your vps IP, you don't need no-ip when using a vps.

Hi i have just a bought a vps and i opened port 43594 so i can see it on canyouseeme.org etc made exceptions on my fire wall i have no-ip working my ip is engridreborn.no-ip.org it shows me as being online through runelocus server checker but when i try log on to the server on another computer using my new ip it says " no response from server please try using a different world" does anyone know what i have done wrong or what i need to do!

i kno i dont need to use no-ip its just i want to and how can i connect through localhost when im on a different computer than the one i have my vps opened on ? could you explain this on my old server i had the vps open on my computer and still used my no-ip to connect but ill still give this ago it says error connecting, which i new it would. still need help anyone else?

Oh god you must be an idiot. That's the same thing.
No response from server usually means the client isn't compatible/server is being updated, unless text has been modified client sided. The connection is going through but isn't logging in.
