tbh, there aren't many. advertisement sections on forums, are a good place. That is about it.

I'd like to get together a compilation of free advertising methods for RSPS. If anyone could post a couple links they know or any other valuable information it would be greatly appreciated.

Youtube can be very helpful if you do it right.
everywhere you can, so all rsps-related forums, rs-botting forums, rs-cheating sites (like sythe), toplists, youtube, if you're really desperate you can poach from other servers directly (not recommended)
on some sites its worth paying extra for banner ads or gold spots, it's getting harder to get players now though compared to a few years ago
