It sounds very above average for a PI server.
Engine load does not matter, but if your talking about 2ms to perform a tick? Then thats really nice tbh.

okay i just wants so sure, if this was any good. i have been doing alot to this p.i fixed over 573 errors and completely re did alot. no 600+ content just basic 377. but thanks for the feed back guys.

Run a stability test if you want to see how far your server can go.
i think, to save you time.. PI benchmarks at around 1900ms for 2000 logins, we managed to get that down to 100ms
On my current project it was constantly 0.00% engine load, but when we benchmarked the logins and stuff we noticed huge memory leak.
Also we managed to reduce the memory usage by about 500% by swapping the networking from MINA to NETTY.

well, im just working on it im not too good with the whole memory leaks, im not sure if im that good at codeing to fix any big memory leaks, this is just a learning advantage i did.
