I set up Vote4Cash, but when I type ::vote ingame, it comes up as

    Code:
    http://www.bridperfectpk.com/vote/vote.php
    instead of
    Code:
    http://www.bridperfectpk.com/vote.php
like how I had it in the commands. why does another "/vote" pop up?

I am 100% sure. But another /vote pops up and ends up being an error page which is really annoying.

Probably because you have an extra /vote somewhere in your code outside of the commands. Check all files for "/vote"

    I just ignore them.

Anyways, I searched for "/vote" and there are none.

Oh, I have been doing this for years the problem is the following....

In your client look for the file client.java open it up and search vote it will come up with another vote command... the reason being some client developers put the vote command client sided instead of server sided you have it added in both places and boom you guessed it it's opening both.

Host your RUNESCAPE PRIVATE SERVER on the cheapest and flagship provider on Rune-Server! Now equipped with DDOS Protection!.

If all else fails you could just make a new vote folder and move all your vote contents into that so it matches along to where the command leads it too.
