why does rs have a timer for clan chats and shit to wait 30 seconds for a change to occur? and how would i do this? since i dont knwo the reason why they do this, idk how i would go about it, should i make it an event or what?

For lootshare/coinshare it is because of once you get a drop you could quickly turn off-on to get yourself the drop. For the others i dont know
