Wouldn't be considered a 'fix' because then they'll use ::lololol, and if you make it that they can't use ::noclip they'll change ::noclip to something else. Most players won't do this anyways, because they don't know how to.
well then add like a good client update, also just either delete or put something like
if (myPrivilege != #)
return;
for the ::noclip command, then tell everyone theres a new update and to dl latest client
