ok this might not work for you but this is what i did when i couldnt get mine port-forwarded if you have modem unplug your router and just connect the modem to your hosting comp and portforward on your modem + router see if that work

Okay so I used to Host Fallen-Dreams, shut it down for a bit, Now im trying to get it back up and going... I portfowarded and i have a No-IP and i cant seem to get my server up, Can someone please help me? I Have a Linksys router.. Give me ur skype or msn if u can help, will pay if needed.

Router only.. Dont have a modem or anything
Check firewall, make sure UDP, TPC is unblocked. Or just disable firewall(not suggested) Make sure the ipconfig address(usually 192.168.x.x) is correct.

For anyone who's trying to help Mason, both the firewall, and the router *Portforwarding* Is configured... I can't find out what's wrong with it, it's just confusing me.Hope someone can help you!
EDIT: Never mind, it's fixed.
