zip your cache upload to ********** and download it onto your vps and run it

I've purchased a VPS with NLvl.net hosting,
I got their emails, and I got my credentials,
I've logged in via their VNC system,
set it up, I don't really know much about it,
but my server cannot connect to the internet,
and I cannot download my server files to the server.
Can someone assist me or help me out in some way?
I've submitted a ticket,
but I don't know what else to do.
thank you.

A VPS is a Virtual Private Server, you connect to it through a remote desktop connection. It's like another computer.
Upload your source files to Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire and go on the VPS and download them from there and then run it.
Change the IP in the client to the VPS's and there you go. It's hosted.
You may need them to install Network drivers.. I had to do that with a VNC Server I had (Windows) And I just installed them from the CD They had mounted on the system.
Either that or just ask them on support to install the drivers for you
nlvl supports remote desktop control.
alot easier to use then vnc its like your own desktop bassicly everything on your pc you use to run server do on vps besides portforwarding
Domain Names, Web Hosting and SSL Certificates - Go Daddy has the best VPS's in my opinion comes preloaded with everything you need...
But I have no idea why they wouldn't include internet on it.
Thank you everyone for you help.
I got a email from my ticket on NLvl.
they said my VMAC was not correctly assigned,
and they're going to fix it.
