    Is there any free hosts that support remote mysql? I'm sure there is but I can't seem to find one?

    download xampp. its the same thing as using any webhost. only to get to phpmyadmin u go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    and your hosting files go in start - C: drive - xampp - htdocs folder
