Alright guys(and girls), so I've portforwarded, and I've also put my server online. It still says my server is offline. Yes, I've made a No-ip. Anybody wonder why it's not saying my server is online?

Configure your client, you are probably trying to connect to a different IP.
    Check that =)

Nope, I can connect to the no-ip ip but the status checker says it's offline.

Then you didn't portforward right. Here try this, It helped me port forward and got my server display online.

Simple Port Forwarding | Simple Port Forwarding

Download the program and it will guide you from there.

If your not sure, you could always use runelocus's status checker.

First of all check your ports, a lot of people mistake their ports and not even realize it's causing a problem. Your port should be either 43594, or 5555, and they should be like that server sided, and whatever else sided. they should be the same..But yeah, and make sure you made a static IP.

I've made a no-ip. I put it online. Why the fuck isn't it working.

    Open Port Check Tool

Try using this open port tool. Simply turn on your server and then go to this tool and punch in '43594' (unless you are using a different port). Once you've done that the port tool should tell you if your port is open.

If the port checker claims that it CAN see your service open then you have port forwarded correctly. But, if it says anything otherwise that it cannot see you then you have made a mistake port forwarding.
