Sometimes when attempting to download twice in a browser it will occur and you can close browser delete the cache and do it again, but if not, try using a webhost to host your cache

The Cache is messed up.

First, take your client's cache, and add your sprites folder into it.

Then ZIP the folder. ZIP not RAR. ZIP!

Upload it to a file share website, and get the direct link, then switch the links.

I zipped the files INSIDE of the Cache Folder.

Hmm.. So if you opened the zip file it would show the files? And not the folder?
