Ive been trying to add skillcapes to my delta based server. the client im using loads a 377 cache. I think i got the client part down. but when i log into my server, and check to see if the skillcape models are correct, they look like this:

I'm not 100% sure if its client sided, or server sided.

Ive tried using different models but its still the same. I think my problem is server sided. Technically my server already has skillcapes, but im using an older client. So if anyhone can fix my problem for me, ill pay you in rsgp. Thanks.

Try preloading the models. I haven't worked with delta in ages.

If I were you, I would try a PI source. Better than delta at the moment..Plus; most of them have skillcapes(and emotes) already added.
