    Say, both player one and two have the same HP left (10). Player one hits a 10 on player two with ice barrage. Two seconds later Player two hits a 10 with blood barrage, because of the spell delays.

    How can I check if the duel is a draw?

    You'd need to put a timer on duel end that would check 1-2 seconds after a player has died whether or not the other player died aswell

    Supposed to be, but I guess he wants an extra feature instead of first to die loses, it's a draw <.<

    It's (nearly) impossible to get a draw I suppose, due after you die, your damage will not be applied.
    on Runescape though, as far I remember.

    As far I know, no.
    When the player reaches 0hp, it directly stops every action.
    No damage after that.
    even though I'm doubting now with ring of recoil. ;L

    If you are venged or have ring of recoil, and the opposing player finishes you off, you do not get damage done to you from the recoil or veng

    It basically has a thing on there that calls the Apply dead option that says
    If playerHP <= 0 or something, then {Stop everything} witch would stop Ring of recoil, etc.
