hello,how can i make,when you finis all quest,then you can use the quest skill cape
quests.character-q12 = 15
character-q1 = 15
character-q3 = 15
character-q8 = 15
character-q10 = 15

he means that u would have to do all quest to be able to wear the quest cape...
like attack cape u need 99 attack.
But there u need all quests completed.
When u complete the quest does it say true in the character file?
yes,its delta,how can i do this?
