    I was wondering if these looked good, or if they could use some work.

    I can find them, but it would take some time to fix.

    Please note that these are after running for 44 hours straight.

    I think it's ok, those int[] and int[][] are probably because you loading a world map which stores unwalkable coordinates in to array. If you don't use that world map, just get rid of it.
