PI drop system is really weird... but heres how it works..
in NpcConstants.TSM you'll see something like this:
I do belive that the first # on the line is the npc id, and the other following, are the items, that it ALWAYS drops... such as bones/ashes etc.Code:941 536 1753

For drops+drop rates, go to NPCDrops.TSM and youll see somthing like this:

I cant remember that all it does, but put the #npcname drops doesnt do anything,
the 1:1 is the npc id, and often-ness of the drop, then following that is stuff like 995:100
that means coins, drop 100 of then, i think
ill edit this post if im wrong, im running off memory atm
i dont believe thats correct it somewhat is tho and its NPCDrops.TSM

chance of getting a rare drop in this example the chance of getting the item 11710 is 1 out of 150. So the 2nd line means the rare drops
regular drops
ok, How do I make barrows 100% always drop a key? I cant seem to make them do it.

1 = npc idCode:1:20 995:100
11694:1
20 = drop rarity
995 = item id dropped
100 = amount
11694 = rare drop id
1 = amount
Ok I did that but I want all the barrow brothers to drop a key, For every kill.
I added it like that and it didnt work?
you could make the key their ONLY drop.
